El Karmooty

The film deals with the issues of social media and its effect on people. When El Karmooty goes on a holiday in summer, he finds himself taken hostage by ISIS. While held in captivity, Karmooty discovers how deeply ISIS has misinterpreted the teachings of their religion and the consequence of ignorance on the membership's followers. El Karmooty is faced with a decision: either join ISIS and convince them of the error of their ways or...escape.
